Return Policy

Zopaflame accepts 100% returns. If you are not satisfied with any fireplace, we will refund 100% of your purchase. Simply call or email (returns@zopaflame.com) for a Return Authorization Number and return the item in the condition in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery to:

  • Company: ZopaFlame LLC
  • Address: 11151 Bridgeport Road, #2228, Richmond, BC, Canada.  V6X 1T3 
  • You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless it is our responsibility or the fireplace is defective.
  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days.
  • The item must be returned in sellable condition in the original packaging.
  • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.
  • Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when original purchase was made with 3-5 work days. .

    We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. To return an item, submit your request in writing and send it to returns@zopaflame.com.  We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
